The eponymous 1976 debut by the Modern Lovers — formed in 1970 by singer-songwriter-guitarist Jonathan Richman with Jerry Harrison (later of Talking Heads), Ernie Brooks and David Robinson (later of the Cars) — features six tracks produced by John Cale, including "Roadrunner," "Pablo Picasso" and "She Cracked."
