Attention: Due to the recent Canada Post strike we have temporarily switched our courier to UPS to insure you will receive your orders in a timely manner over the busy holiday season. We have also had to remove our Free Shipping threshold because of increased costs.
All orders are shipped out within 1-3 days via Canada Post Expedited parcel service. Tracking provided.
Canada Post is not permitted to safe drop any of our packages due to our security concerns. We also cannot communicate any special delivery instructions to them. Please ensure the package can be received at the shipping address during normal business hours, otherwise it may need to be retrieved at your local post office.
We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since the date of invoice, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Shipping the item back to us is your responsibility.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
In the event that a record has a manufacturer's defect, promptly contact us at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect. We will replace the record with a different copy. The replacement copy will be mailed out upon return of first copy. In the event that we do not have another copy, a refund will be issued. In order to be considered for a defective exchange, we must receive your defective product within 30 days of invoice. Shipping the item back to us is your responsibility.
Please note: Minor surface noise, crackles and pops are not considered defective or damaged. We are not responsible for what the quality control of a pressing plant deems acceptable. We recommend that all records are cleaned with a dry carbon fiber brush before each playback. In some cases a wet-cleaning may be required for best results.
