The 1975 album That's The Way Of the World was also the soundtrack for a 1975 motion picture of the same name which featured some of the band members of Earth, Wind, and Fire in cameo roles.
The album includes the ballad "Reasons" alongside the #1 US pop and R&B hit single "Shining Star" as well as the title track which reached #12 on the pop chart. There are no dull moments on World, one of the strongest albums of the 1970's and EWF's crowning achievement.
