Celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Alive 1997, the first live album released by French electronic music duo Daft Punk. The 2001 album features 45-minute excerpt of their live set recorded during their 'Daftendirektour' stop in Birmingham in November 1997. The album was initially released online as part of the band's short-lived Daft Club service.
Alive 1997 prominently features elements of their popular songs "Daftendirekt", "Da Funk", "Rollin' & Scratchin'", "Revolution 909" and "Alive", which were from their 1997 Homework album.
