It is their first studio album in 17 years since Relationship of Command, and their first release since the 2005 compilation album This Station Is Non-Operational. On their first album in 17 years, the post-hardcore band comes exploding back with dutiful performances and familiarly obtuse lyrics, but the overall impact of their style has waned.
